HOW TO REGISTER (CURRENT AND NEW MEMBERS)
Step 1: Fill out registration form (one for each scout and participating adults)
[chipmunks do not pay registration fees, but we’d still like to keep track of them]
Step 2: You will receive a TroopTrack invitation (may take up to 24hrs), please register yourself and every member of your household that will be attending meetings and/or events.
[If you are already registered in TroopTrack please log in and verify that all of your information is up to date]
Step 3: Visit SHOP to pay registration fees
– If you are registering as a Rover, you do not need to pay a separate background check fee
Step 4: Attend mandatory orientation meeting
Step 5: Review our new scout welcome packet
FOR INTERESTED MEMBERS
At this time our group size is limited due to a resource constraint. In order to provide the highest level of scouting programming we must limit the number of youth scouts based on the number of uniformed leaders and volunteers.
First priority admission will be given to families with adults willing to volunteer are uniformed leaders (and commit to training) or to adults willing to take on active roles in the running of the group.
We will be reviewing the “Intent to Join” applications after our Field Day/Info night to determine admissions.
